Introduction our Outlook Integration

We are proud to announce that we have completed the integration of Microsoft Outlook, allowing us ease the use of OraPilot to borderline magical levels.

The integration will enable sales reps to process inquiries and quotes at a fraction of the speed (with no manual work). No more manual forwarding, no more manual data entry. OraPilot will also prepare all e-mails for the suppliers, often faster than sales reps can even realize they've received a new RFQ.

This also completely absolishes the risk of overseeing or forgetting any inquiries, and ensures near-zero downtime in case of employee absence.

The integration is "non-invasive", which means OraPilot is NOT processing or seeing any e-mails it's not supposed to. The e-mail filtering is handled within Outlook before e-mails are transmitted to OraPilot, ensuring maximum privacy and security for the employee.
